Students, who, in conjunction with an Arts and Science degree in a different subject, take 18 credit units or more of Sociology, will receive a minor in Sociology.

Students may receive credit for only one of the Minor in Sociology and the Minor in Crime, Law and Justice Studies.

The Minor average in Sociology will be calculated using the grades earned in all courses eligible to be included in the Minor program requirements. Students must complete at least two-thirds of the program requirements (rounded to the nearest highest multiple of 3 credit units) using courses offered by the University of Saskatchewan to meet the Residency requirement.

Students will be restricted to receiving recognition for only one of the Minor in Sociology and the Minor in Crime, Law and Justice Studies.
