The M.Ed. in Educational Psychology and Special Education is a research intensive program designed to prepare researchers and practitioners with specialization in either Applied Measurement & Evaluation or Special Education. The thesis route is 18 credit units plus thesis.
Admission Requirements
- four-year degree in Psychology or Education
 - introductory statistics course
 - minimum 6 credit units of undergraduate study in the area of Special Education
 
Degree Requirements
Thesis-based M.Ed. in Educational Psychology and Special Education (Special Education Stream)
Students must maintain continuous registration in the 994 course.

 - GPS 960.0
 - GPS 961.0, if research involves human subjects
 - GPS 962.0, if research involves animal subjects
 - completion of 18 credit units
 - one year full-time residency
