Admission Requirements
- A master’s degree from a recognized college or university
- A cumulative weighted average of at least a 70% (U of S grade system equivalent) in the last two years of study (i.e. 60 credit units)
- Language Proficiency Requirements: Proof of English proficiency will be required for international applicants and for applicants whose first language is not English. See the College of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies Academic Policies in this Catalogue for more information
- A minimum of 5 years direct educational leadership experience in organizational and educational contexts
- Portfolio of work, including:
- Statement of educational leadership development goals
- Statement of problem of practice interests
- Samples of professional and scholarly work
- CV/Resume that includes detailed evidence of leadership experience
- Letters of recommendation
- Interview
